Several countries, one measure
Jobs from several French-speaking countries of West and Central Africa, classified with the same rules: countries can be compared.
Labour market figures are only as good as their method. Here is what makes ours usable and verifiable.

Jobs from several French-speaking countries of West and Central Africa, classified with the same rules: countries can be compared.
An ad taken up by several sites, or republished, becomes a single job; a job open in several countries forms a multi-country group.
Occupations in FM families and ISCO, industries in ISIC, standard education levels: the data links with official statistics.
The share of classified jobs, employers read and requirements stated is computed and shown, not assumed.
Every rule change has a version; jobs already in the base are reclassified, and the history stays comparable.
New jobs arrive every night; withdrawn jobs are dated, not erased.
Every job links to the original ad. We keep only the facts (title, employer, place, dates, requirements); the text of ads is not stored.
Only sites whose terms and robots.txt allow it are read, at their pace. A site that refuses us is paused, never bypassed.
Classification rules, their versions and the measured data quality are published: a figure can be checked.
Market figures can be browsed freely; the database is not downloadable, it comes with a subscription or a licence.
