Terms of use

What each level of access to Trouve Ton Emploi data allows, and what it forbids. By using the data, you accept these terms.

Data updated on 26 October 2026 at 22:23 (Cotonou time)

In force since 24 October 2026

1. For all data

  • Cite the source: “Trouve Ton Emploi, CAPPR”, with the extraction date.
  • The data describes jobs published online, not the whole labour market: many hirings happen without an ad. Limits are described in the method and data quality pages.
  • Do not try to identify or contact a person from the data.
  • Report any error to the CAPPR: it will be corrected for everyone.

2. Public data

Public data →
  • Figures published on this site may be quoted, including in publications, with citation of the source. No database is made available without a subscription or a licence.
  • Counts below 5 are hidden; do not try to reconstruct them.

3. Subscription

Data access →
  • Detailed data is reserved for the subscriber and their organisation, for their own use.
  • No resale or redistribution of detailed data, in whole or in part; analysis results may be published.
  • The API key is personal; it may be revoked in case of abuse.
  • The licence is personal and valid for the use stated in the request; any other use needs approval.
  • No resale or redistribution; data is kept securely, accessible only to the project's people.
  • Each file carries the licence number; every download is recorded.
  • A licence usually lasts one year, renewable; at its end, the data received is deleted unless agreed.
  • The CAPPR may revoke a licence if these terms are breached.

5. Custom study

Request a study →
  • Scope, schedule and dissemination of results are agreed with the CAPPR team before the study starts.

6. Personal data

  • Trouve Ton Emploi collects no data about candidates. The text of ads is not stored: only the facts of the job are.
  • Accounts (subscribers, requesters) are held by the CAPPR, which is responsible for them; they serve access and service emails.

A question about these terms: write to the CAPPR.
