How a request works
- 1
You describe your project
Organisation, intended use of the data, countries and period. The use is the basis of the decision: be precise.
- 2
Acknowledgement
An email confirms receipt; the co-founders are notified.
- 3
Review
The request is reviewed; it may be put under review if details are needed.
- 4
Decision by email
Accepted or refused, always with a reason. A licence is on quote.
- 5
Access to the database
Licence accepted: sign in with your CAPPR account (same address as the request) and download from “My account”. Study: the team contacts you to define it.
- 6
End of term
A licence usually lasts a year; a reminder is sent 30 then 7 days before it ends.
What a licence gives
- The full database, since collection began
- The provenance of each job (original ads, links, hash of the page read)
- Updates for the licence period
- A file marked with your licence number
