Jobs
How do I apply for a job?
Trouve Ton Emploi does not receive applications: every job links to the original ad, on the site that published it. That is where you apply.
See the jobs →Where do the jobs come from?
From public job sites in the region, read every night when their terms and robots.txt allow it. The list of sites, their checked terms and their last update are published.
Sources and method →A job is no longer online, why is it still here?
A job withdrawn by its site leaves the list at the next collection, usually the same night. If the site is temporarily unavailable, it may take a few more days: always check the original ad. A job seen on several sites counts once.
Are the jobs verified?
No: Trouve Ton Emploi takes the jobs published by the sites, without verifying employers. Stay careful: never pay to be hired, ask for the exact place of an interview and tell someone close before going. A suspicious job can be reported to us: it will be removed from the figures.
I am an employer: how do I correct or remove my job?
Edit or remove it on the site where you published it: Trouve Ton Emploi will follow at the next collection. For an error on our side (occupation wrongly recognised, employer misread), write to the CAPPR.
Can I receive new jobs by email?
Yes, with a subscription: alerts on your filters (country, occupation, skill), daily or weekly.
Data access →Figures
How are occupations and skills recognised?
By public rules applied to the title and text of the ad. They are versioned: when they change, the history says so.
Method versions →Why do some jobs have no occupation?
When no rule recognises the title, the job is counted in the total but in no family. Their share is shown on the Occupations page and tracked in data quality.
Are the figures reliable?
They describe jobs published online, not the whole labour market: many hirings happen without an ad. The completeness of each piece of information is measured and published.
Data quality →Why is salary rarely given?
Employers in the region very rarely publish it. Trouve Ton Emploi records it when it is published, never guesses it.
Data
Can I download the database for free?
No. Jobs and market figures can be browsed freely on the site; the database itself is reserved for subscribers and licence holders.
What the database contains →How do I get the full database?
Through a licence, on a justified request reviewed by the CAPPR co-founders. A licence is personal, dated and revocable.
Request a licence →Can I reuse the data?
Figures published on the site, yes, citing “Trouve Ton Emploi, CAPPR”. Detailed data is reserved for the stated use, with no resale or redistribution.
